Current Position and Past Experience
Courtney Adkins is currently Assistant Director of Publications for the Center for Community College Student Engagement at The University of Texas at Austin. She provides guidance to the Survey Operations team and manages all publications and website content for the Center. In addition, she represents the Center at various national conferences and workshops. Courtney previously served as College Liaison and Survey Operations Coordinator at the Center.

Courtney has taught composition and literature as both an adjunct and full-time faculty member in the community college sector.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in English education and a master’s in English literature from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She earned a doctorate in English literature from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Courtney has maintained a regular yoga practice for 17 years. She also enjoys taking cooking classes, paddle boarding, and going to the movies.
