Current Position and Past Experience
Tina Hart is the Vice President of Enrollment and Student Services at Indian River State College - a comprehensive state college dedicated to serving 28,000+ students annually on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Since 1981 she has served in numerous roles in Student Activities/Development, Student Government, Athletics, Employee Development, and Institutional Effectiveness and is currently the lead administrator over the Division of Enrollment and Student Services and the four Branch Campuses. This Division includes enrollment management, onboarding, new student orientation, financial aid, advising and guided pathways, career and transfer services, veteran’s services, assessment services, student records, curriculum support, articulation and partnerships, study abroad, commencement, TRIO programs, and several workgroups including the Achievement Task Force which was created to focus on equity, closing gaps and achieving equitable outcomes for all students.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dr. Hart holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership, a Masters degree in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Florida State University. The recipient of many awards, in 2014 she received the President’s Cup – the highest award possible at IRSC and in 2016 the Association of Florida Colleges Leadership Award. In 2016-17 she led the institution’s Aspen Community College Excellence Award process which resulted in IRSC being ranked as a Top Ten Finalist and named one of two colleges to be a “Finalist with Distinction.” IRSC was again named a Top Ten Finalist and went on to be named the Top College in the nation winning the Aspen Prize in 2019.
