Current Position and Past Experience
Arlene Cashaw Williams has been at MountainTop Technologies since 2003, and served as the Director of Operations at MountainTop Technologies since 2008. Cashaw Williams has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at Westmoreland County Community College and Penn Highlands Community College.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Cashaw Williams earned her BA in Psychology from Lincoln University in 1981. In 2008 she earned her MS in IT Project Management and Leadership from Capella University.
