Current Position and Past Experience
Amy Rouse is a Director of Operations Training at AT&T University. She has held a number of positions supporting and leading training with AT&T since 1996, including Associate Director of Learning Architecture and Director of Emerging Skills and Learning Technology.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Amy earned her Training Management Certification while serving in the United States Air Force as a Training Manager, and was certified by Clark Consulting and Training as an Instructional Designer, and holds multiple Certifications in related disciplines.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Amy is a member of numerous professional associations including the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and Bersin by Deloitte. She serves as a Mentor with the American Corporate Partners (ACP), and volunteers with local organizations including her church and local community.
