Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2010, Karen LaMarsh has served as the Director of Professional Development and Training at Clayton State University’s Center for Continuing Education. She also serves as a Commissioner for the International Association for Continuing Education and Training, and currently serves as the President of the Georgia Adult Education Association.

Prior to joining Clayton State, LaMarsh spent two years as an Auditor with the University System of Georgia’s Board of Regents, and two years before that as the Director of Professional Development and Life Enrichment at Kennesaw State University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
LaMarsh earned her BSHS in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981, and her MEd in Adult Education from the University of Georgia in 2005.
