Current Position and Past Experience
Dennis Di Lorenzo is a Higher Education Consultant and Chief Business Officer of RIT Certified, the microcredential arm of the Rochester Institute of Technology launching in 2022. Di Lorenzo was named dean of the NYU School of Professional Studies (NYU-SPS), in September 2013, after an extensive national search. Having served previously as interim and vice dean, as well as in various other senior leadership positions for almost 20 years, Di Lorenzo had in-depth knowledge of NYU-SPS that few others can claim.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Di Lorenzo earned his BA from Fordham University in 1993.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
For the last eight years, Dean Di Lorenzo has also been acting in a public service capacity, building consensus and creating public policy as the president of the Harrison Board of Education, which serves a multi-cultural pre-K through 12th grade student population. He and his wife Jennifer are the proud parents of Julia, Dennis Jr and Jack.
