Brian Bell | Senior Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management, Seton Healthcare Family

Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2011, Brian Bell has been the Senior Director of Organizational Development and Talent Management with the Seton Healthcare Family. Prior to this, Bell spent two years as a Senior Faculty member at the Federal Executive Institution at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

This followed Bell’s three years as the Director of the University of Virginia’s Leadership Development Center. While at the University of Virginia, Bell held positions as the Director of Faculty and Administrator Leadership Programs with the University’s School of Medicine. He was also the Associate Director of Career Development at the Darden Graduate School of Business for seven years.

Bell has held human resources and training positions with a number of other major employers, including DuPont, the Department of Health and Human Services, Union Pacific and Campbell Soup Company.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Bell earned his BA in Education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1988. He completed an MS in Education at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
